Architectural Guidelines & General Covenants and Restrictions. These are the Architectural Guidelines govern the criteria for approval of the Architectural Control Committee of the RES.	Bylaws of The Pines RES Association, Inc. These are the corporate bylaws of the RES homeowners' association. They contain little information on the day-to-day decisionmaking of the Association's executive board.	Articles of Incorporation of The Pines RES Association, Inc. These are the corporate articles of incorporation of the RES homeowners association. They too contain little information on the day-to-day decision making of the Association's executive board.
